Winter is right around the corner, and in 2017 our team is fortunate enough to be a part of three winter weddings. Yes, three! We believe that winter weddings are extremely underrated. While we have nothing against a spring, summer or fall wedding, there are so many benefits to getting hitched during the colder months.

  1. Available vendors. Ever feel like you can’t catch a break? Every venue and/or vendor you seem to contact is booked? Consider moving your wedding date. We promise you will not regret it! Winter is considered “off-season” for most wedding vendors, leaving them with a lighter schedule and more flexibility. This means you can surround yourself with your top vendors, and there is nothing more assuring than having a vendor team that you trust on the wedding day.
  2. All your guests will be available! No spring graduations, beach vacations or fall football games. It will also give your guests something to look forward to. What else could they possibly have planned in late January?
  3. Romance. Let’s be honest, there is nothing more romantic than a crisp, winter evening. Warm candlelight, muted colors, a hint of snow in the air. Every more reason to cuddle up next to someone you love!
  4. Winter fashion. A wedding dress with sleeves, sharp tuxedos, elegant gowns, fur coats. Everyone wants an excuse to dress up. Winter fashion makes a statement.

Have we convinced you yet? We can’t wait for January and February to roll around. Stay tuned on the blog for pictures from these upcoming weddings!
