A Timeless Wedding Transformed into an Elegant Garden Party

Pairing a wistful theme with personalized design elements made Jax and David’s timeless wedding and elegant garden party an unforgettable event this past summer.

It started with a Zoom call in August 2023, where Jax and her mother shared their many design ideas with our team. As they described their vision for the wedding, we found ourselves captivated and by the end of our conversation, it was clear that this was going to be a perfect match. The planning process was a collaborative journey, filled with numerous brainstorming sessions to ensure every detail was cohesive and meaningful. Each element was carefully selected to reflect the couple's distinct style and story.

The ceremony and dinner took place indoors, creating a timeless and elegant ambiance. The decor incorporated subtle hints of Jax and David's wistful garden theme, which infused the space with charm and character. Following dinner, a true transformation took place as guests gathered beneath the tent for the evening's festivities.

Large floral installations hung magnificently over the dance floor, complemented by a dazzling disco ball. The atmosphere was enhanced by soft lights entwined around a grand tree at the center of the main bar, creating an enchanting glow. Behind the band, a custom backdrop designed exclusively for Jax and David's wedding added a personal touch to the stage. To tie everything together, eclectic lounge furniture, featuring an inviting canopy bed and cozy sofas, offered a distinctive and comfortable space for guests to relax and enjoy the celebration.

A signature feature of their wedding was the custom patterns designed by Wildwood. These bespoke designs were artfully integrated into various aspects of the event, enhancing menus, hotel welcome boxes, matchbooks, and bar decals. Each item showcased the couple's creativity and sense of elegance.

Another highlight of the event was the seating chart, which was truly a masterpiece on its own. Our Glint Events team created handmade ribbons and sewed charms, transforming a practical element into a cherished keepsake. This meticulous attention to detail was evident throughout every aspect of the wedding, ensuring that attendees felt completely immersed in the wedding theme as valued guests.
