FULL-TIME Assistant Event Planner

This person possesses the following skills:

Detailed Project Manager – possesses a fondness for complicated, highly variable projects. Likes keeping things organized and on track.

Independently Motivated – is able to work productively on their own but enjoys being a part of a team

Smart & Confidentunderstand their role within the company, how to do their job right, and possesses the awareness of their shortcomings, and asks for help when needed

Positive & Customer Focused – has the ability to kindly, but firmly, keep clients on track and projects moving along

Coordination Team Member (part-time, weekend availability)

The best person for this job is someone who is interested in the event planning world and wants to acquire hands-on event experience. They work well under pressure and will know how to get things done and not feel overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of an event day. They would assist the lead planner in various different tasks, helping bring together our client’s event day plans. It’s a great position for someone interested in event planning and who wants to learn more!
