Discovery & Strategic Planning

We work with you to understand your business objectives and goals.  We map out the budget, the high level logistics, and determine the priorities for the event.  This part of the process sets the stage for the planning to begin

Event Planning, Fundraising, Sponsorships & Marketing

We leverage our industry experience and relationships to assemble the right vendor team.  We secure venues and even arrange for accommodations and transportation.  If we need to bring on sponsors or leverage trade with any vendors, this will all take place during the planning process.  This is where we put the pieces of the event puzzle together.

Guest Communication

When the time is right, we create and execute the guest communications plan for your event.  We’ll make sure the right people know about the event, are excited about the event, and are prepared with the right information leading up to the event.

Logistics & Pre Event Preparation

As the event grows near, we work with you to communicate the final details as well as the big picture game plan for the day or week of the event.  You’ll feel confident about the logistics and communication around the event as the date approaches.

Event Execution

Your event finally arrives.  We’re orchestrating everything so that you can be the host and focus on your business goals and objectives, maximizing the use of your time as well as your team’s.

Reporting & Analysis

We work with you after the event to wrap up final details.  We’ll ensure that you have the tools you need to determine ROI, obtain feedback from attendees, and know the details of how your event was executed.
