Design Planning:

Vision Board

  • What is it? A simple nine image document that reflects the vibe, style, and feel of your wedding day.
  • Deep dive into your pinterest board, instagram screenshots and magazine clippings
  • Create three initial Vision boards
  • Provide up to two rounds of revisions on one board

Design Brief

  • What is it? A detailed 15-20 page PDF outlining all areas of your event. Typically includes welcome area, ceremony backdrop, aisle, seat assignment display, guest tables, sweetheart table, band backdrop, bars, dessert display, and send-off.
  • Includes 3 rounds of revisions

Budget Management

  • Understand client’s priorities
  • Create event budget
  • Track payments and due dates

Guest Services

  • Create wedding website
  • Book hotel room blocks
  • Hotel welcome bags – source, assemble and deliver
  • Complimentary tracking of RSVP’s
  • Assist with seat assignments

Month-of Coordination

Prior to Wedding Day:

  • One site visit, typically 30 days prior to the wedding
  • Two phone calls, typically one prior to the site visit and one 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding
  • Event Itinerary starting with the rehearsal and ending with event tear down
  • Floorplans for ceremony and reception
  • Set up plans
  • Receive client’s personal decor 48 hours prior to the wedding day
  • Vendor confirmations prior to the wedding day
  • Lead the wedding rehearsal

Wedding Day:

  • Multiple event coordinators on-site
  • Greet vendors upon arrival
  • Set up client’s personal decor
  • Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages
  • Line up and cue family and wedding party for the ceremony
  • Assist photographers with family photos
  • Assist key reception vendors – Caterer, Band, DJ, Photographers, Videographer Shuttle drivers, and Venue Representatives
  • Cue all wedding day activities: introductions, first dance, parent dances, welcome, blessing, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, and send-off
  • Oversee event tear down
  • Pack up client’s personal decor during tear down
