Summer Wedding Inspiration, Glint 2023 Styled Shoot

The sun is shining bright and the birds are chirping - summer is finally here!

We're excited to share that we recently collaborated with some of the industry's most talented vendors to bring you a colorful, summer styled photoshoot at Goodstone Inn. The lush greenery and rolling hills provided an absolutely stunning backdrop for summer wedding inspiration, and Anna Wright Photography was there to expertly capture all the natural beauty of the location.

The Vendors:

Anna Wright Photography: With her keen eye for capturing the perfect shot, Anna is a seasoned photographer who specializes in weddings and lifestyle photography. Anna Wright's photography was nothing short of magical - every shot captured the essence of the summer season and highlighted the unique talents of each vendor. From the inviting seating vignette to the whimsical escort display, every detail was thoughtfully curated and beautifully captured.

Sweet Root Village: Known for their stunning floral designs with plenty of life and movement, Sweet Root Village is a boutique florist that caters to weddings and events. Sweet Root Village didn't disappoint, providing us with the most gorgeous and vibrant floral arrangements. The colorful blooms added the perfect dose of whimsy and fun to our photos. From the vibrant pink peonies to the soft coral roses, the flowers perfectly complemented the summery theme of the shoot.

Ginny Rogan Designs: From delicate and intricate calligraphy to bold and modern lettering, Ginny's work is renowned for its elegance and beauty.

Something Vintage Rentals: With a vast collection of items ranging from sofas and chairs to tableware and decor, Something Vintage specializes in creating unique and memorable experiences for clients. The styling for our shoot was an ode to all things bright and colorful, and the items from Something Vintage created a perfect base.
Goodstone Inn: Nestled in the heart of Virginia's wine country, Goodstone Inn provided the perfect backdrop for our shoot. With its lush green landscapes, rustic architecture, and luxurious garden vibes, it was the perfect blend of elegance and charm.

The Theme:

Our vision for this styled shoot was centered around a vibrant, summery color palette of coral, sage, dusty blues and pinks. We wanted to create a look that was fun, playful, and perfect for outdoor weddings. We chose Goodstone Inn as the backdrop for our shoot because of its beautiful gardens, stunning views, and charming cottages.

The team went above and beyond to bring this vision to life. Sweet Root Village created breathtaking floral arrangements that showcased the colors of summer in full bloom. Ginny Rogan's calligraphy complemented the floral designs perfectly, adding personal touches with classic signage and romantic calligraphy. Something Vintage provided a perfect mix of furniture and decor - from upholstered chairs to slatted backdrops - creating a lively atmosphere that any couple would love.
