Celebrating 30 Years with Evergreen Enterprises

Cheers to 30 years!

The founders of Evergreen Enterprises had three words in mind for how they wanted to celebrate 30 years in business: employee-centric, heritage, elegant. Keeping these three main focuses in mind, our team got to work on planning a Christmas-inspired corporate event filled with memorable moments for them to take into their next 30 years!

The main focus was on employee engagement, as the founders wanted to ensure employees felt celebrated. With every aspect of the planning, we were sure to keep the team engagement top of mind. Unique to this event were an employee-led choir and fashion show to allow for employee involvement other than attending. We also included an employee raffle, filled with prizes such as cash, gift cards, and iPads. The evening also included a tribute and awards ceremony, recognizing long-time employees and those who had made a significant contribution to Evergreen.

While the main theme of the evening was “elegant Christmas”, we honored the Chinese heritage and culture of the founders as a sub-theme throughout the event. The team was entertained by two Chinese dance groups who performed traditional Chinese dances.. In addition to catering provided by Mosaic, attendees were also treated to a number of dishes provided by a local Chinese restaurant.
