Sarah Grace and Drew’s Coastal Wedding Weekend at The Tides Inn

This summer, we produced a full weekend of guest experiences at the lovely Tides Inn for Sarah Grace and Drew. A sister of a 2018 bride, we knew we were in for an amazing weekend with an amazing family!

The Friday night “rehearsal” was a surprise ceremony just for their closest family and friends. They knew they wanted their actual marriage to be small, something that felt like it was just for them. Their guests genuinely had no idea and LOVED it. The groom arrived by boat and they said their “I dos” on a dock by the water. There were so many unique elements to this event, so make sure you scroll all the way through to see them all!

PART ONE

This bride loved color and pattern so we created a fun design throughout the entire weekend of events to reflect her aesthetic.

Can you tell by her gorgeous floral watercolor Monique Lhuillier wedding dress? We got to stretch our creative muscles on this event, pulling in a variety of floral based patterns and hues for a unique and colorful weekend that was perfectly reflective of this couple and their lifestyle.

PART TWO

The following day was the main event with all the rest of their guests, where they were already married!

Guests were greeted with massive hedge sculptures on their way in, a brightly colored escort display (fun fact: our lead planner used her own Cricut machine to label all the envelopes herself!), and pink cocktails with the couples duogram on top. Both the rehearsal dinner and the main wedding event were overflowing with vibrant floral installations from Isha Foss Designs. We pulled in a stellar vendor team that included Carrie Coleman Photography to beautifully capture each and every moment.

We knew each and every guest was thrilled to celebrate this couple.

We saw tears during speeches, big hugs at every turn, and the dance floor was packed for the entirety of the evening. At the end of the night, Sarah Grace (with a fun dress change) and Drew said goodbye with a sparkler send off.
